What You’ll Need

  • Freshly roasted RW coffee
  • Aeropress
  • Aeropress paper filters
  • Kettle (gooseneck preferred) • Digital scale (optional)
  • Timer
  • Cup (to brew into)
  • Hot water

Brew Parameters

  • Dry: 15.5g coffee
  • Wet: 248g water
  • Water Temp: 94-96 ̊ C / 201-204 ̊ F Grind: Medium Coarse

Directions

  1. Add coffee to your Aeropress while inverted, start the timer, and add water vigorously.
  2. A crust will begin forming after 2.5 minutes. Break the crust by stirring 3 times. Place lid on and flip the aeropress around.
  3. At 3 minutes, begin to gently plunge coffee into your cup for 30-40 seconds
