Shipping and Returns Policy
Thanks for shopping with Roasting Warehouse. We hope you are happy with your purchase.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
To return an item, please email customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include: proof of purchase, return form, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7-14) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service email below to arrange a refund or exchange.
If the purchaser considers the goods received to be faulty, the purchaser is to ship them back to Roasting Warehouse at their expense. If the fault is found to be genuine these postage costs will be refunded in full and either a refund or exchange goods will be sent at no further cost.
Alternatively, if the product is determined not to be faulty there will be an additional charge incurred to return the goods to you.

Currency & Payment:
All prices shown on the Roasting Warehouse online store are in Australian dollars (AUD). All payments are billed in AUD. Currency conversions are set by the payment gateway.
All prices are inclusive of GST for Australian customers.
